- Unless a speed restriction is issued by ATC, pilots shall plan their “top of descent” based on 270 KIAS.
- MAX IAS 250KT below FL100 in airspace class G.
- MAX IAS 250KT below 10000ft unless ATC issues the instructions to maintain high speed.
- Maintain IAS 160KT from 10 to 5NM to touchdown.
- Own navigation to intercept the final approach track:
- 250KT on passing 10000ft
- 220KT 20 track miles from touchdown
- 185KT 15 track miles from touchdown
- 160KT from 10 to 5NM to touchdown
